    Self-expression is the area of competence for care recipients that refers to knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to use ICT and the Internet to express personal views on different issues through communicative acts, and to express oneself in experimenting, creating, editing, managing and sharing of content.

    This area of competence for care recipients refers to shooting and editing film with a soundtrack in order to develop and demonstrate their creativity via digital activities, to share material with family and friends, to stimulate the memory and to create points of reference in time.
